At Pyahik Nameplates, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return or replacement within 15 days of delivery. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on custom-engraved items.

Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility for a return or a free replacement.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not further damaged during the transit back to our studio.
Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either ship your corrected nameplate or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
