How long does shipping take?
Since each nameplate is custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I see a digital preview before production?
Yes, our design team can provide a digital proof upon request. Please mention this in the order notes, and we will email you the layout for approval within 24 hours.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement.
Is mounting hardware included with my order?
Yes, all Pyahik nameplates come with the necessary mounting hardware, such as industrial-strength adhesive tape or decorative stand-off screws, depending on the model you select.
